How the Pathway Works

Four clear steps from complete beginner to working swim coach in Singapore.

STEP 01

Choose Your Certification

Start with SSI Swim Teacher Level 1 as your entry point, or go all-in with the Penguin Pro Bundle to complete all certifications in 5 days.

STEP 02

Complete Your Training

Attend your in-person course at a Singapore pool venue, led by SSI Course Presenter Remus Teo. Small class sizes ensure personalised coaching and real pool time.

STEP 03

Receive SSI Certification

Upon passing your assessments, you will receive an internationally recognised SSI certification registered in over 130 countries. Your digital certificate is issued directly by SSI.

STEP 04

Join Penguin Swim Classes

Penguin Academy graduates are eligible to join Penguin Swim School as instructors immediately after certification. Remus will personally connect you with available teaching slots.
