About Remus Teo
Remus Teo is the founder of Penguin Academy and Penguin Swim School, and Singapore's authorised SSI Course Presenter (Pro ID 121320). With over a decade of experience in aquatic education, he has trained swimmers and coaches across infants, children, adults, and competitive levels.
Remus established Penguin Academy to bridge the gap between passion for swimming and professional teaching credentials. Under his guidance, every course goes beyond theory — candidates receive hands-on pool training, personalised feedback, and a clear pathway into employment through Penguin Swim Classes.
All SSI certification courses at Penguin Academy are presented and assessed by Remus, ensuring every graduate meets the international standard required for SSI-accredited certification.
